The Eden Method was developed by Donna Eden, a uniquely gifted and brilliant energetic healer. I am extensively trained in this work (I served as faculty on the Eden Method Certification program for many years,) and therefore I employ many of these techniques in my practice, which involves both an integrative and individualized approach.

 

​While many people are familiar with massage, acupuncture, Reiki, and other forms of body work, Energy Healing/Balancing Sessions involve myself, the practitioner, assessing for disturbances in the Biofield – a field of energy around the body generated by the heart, the organs, meridians and chakras, for example. Sessions involve an initial discussion into what type of symptoms or disturbances you are experiencing, which leads to the Energetic Assessment; I do not physically assess the body's organs, but rather their associated energy fields, followed by balancing. Most people leave the session feeling very relaxed. You will also receive some “homework” – easy, powerful exercises to do that will help to cement the changes into your system (without you feeling hot, sweaty, or sore!)

With Biofield Tuning, (based on Eileen McKusick’s groundbreaking work: biofieldtuning.com), I employ a variety of weighted and unweighted tuning forks in a fashion designed to help bring the Biofield into balance by assessing for energetic blocks and clearing them. This technique lends itself beautifully to remote work, and many people report feeling "lighter" after a session. 

Of note; all consultation sessions begin with an initial phone call or Zoom (or Google Meet call) which allows us to discuss your unique concerns. The actual Balancing Sessions are carried out remotely after we mutually agree on the areas of concern, and the length of session desired.
